I went to Shamrock with my two young kids. One of the drawbacks of traveling with kids is that you cannot climb mountains to get the view. This is where Shamrock stands out. The view you get from the room (super deluxe) are such that you get those only if you climb big mountains, which is impossible while traveling with children. Sunset and sunrise views from Shamrock are awesome. The staff is very helpful. Will definitely recommended staying there to friends. Cost of food is a bit steep as they source most from outside. But the view from the room makes up for it. The fact that they charge only Rs200 more for a super deluxe room is really commendable. Thank you for giving us a good stay!

Hotel and staffs are no doubt awesome, we had a long stay there. The location of the hotel is very good, nearby small shops are there to buy needed things. In Shamrock we were at the room number 303, the best view available among all of the rooms of the hotel. Ground floor - Standard, 1st floor - Deluxe and 2nd floor - Super Deluxe. With breakfast is preferable as it was great and better breakfast not available nearby. We reached very early morning, and they happily allowed early check in. We were complete 100% satisfied and would like to recommend to choose this hotel among any hotels in this area.

Rooms are very pleasant and good looking. Hotel is located below the road level so please don't search above the road since only hotel car parking will be visible on the road Only disadvantages are food and location. Food - hotel prepared food is not tasting good , so better to have food outside. Location - located quite far from Munnar and too the route is very narrow , road condition is not good.

All the services provided by them were good, especially the reception staff who were very welcoming. The food on the first day of arrival was delicious, though the second day was not as great. However, after I raised the concern, they promptly arranged an alternative, which I appreciate. I should also mention that the room service was excellent throughout the stay.

Great place to stay and enjoy the nature's beauty in munnar with breath taking landscapes near by. Excellent service and food provided during our stay. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Budget stay for families. Must explore atleast once if your are frequent visitor to Munnar. Safe and secure stay. Food and service made us feel very comfortable.

We stayed 3N/2D in Shamrock and the stay was really pleasant and memorable. Receiving, Room Service done by everyone in the hotel was really good. Breakfast (which we opted along with the room) was nice, well prepared. Loved our choice for selecting this hotel for our munnar trip!!

We stayed at Super deluxe room. It was awesome place. A dining hall, a big bedroom and a balcony. the balcony gives a superb panoramic view of the valley. The staff was very cooperative, very helpful and open minded. A good place for a budget.
