Shivalik Hotel and Restaurant

Worst hotel ever. We have booked AC room & they gave non-AC room. Very rude behaviour of management. Check in time is 12pm, We reached at 6.30am & we cooperate but they gave us check-in at 2pm with non-AC room & fen wasn’t working too. I must say that Dharmshala is much more better then this hotel. Very dirty rooms, bathroom, bed sheets which i have posted in photos. They changed our room bcz we complained to Goibibo, but still AC was not working. Plz book another hotel, if you don’t want to waste your money. 🙏

Phone was not working in Room initially Geezer did not work for first day twice I had faced problem of water not running in tap twice power cut was there. Since I had booked the Room on deluxe category.So The given room was not deluxe category as was small and not up to the mark.Although Service was improved post complain. still as per cost room was not eligible.

Most worst experience, they are the biggest cheater in Haridwar. I booked deluxe room for 2 person. They allotted me AC room. Next day they demanded extra charges FOR AC, telling that deluxe rooms are for non ac. They are taking advantage of tourists. Food is very costliest compare to other hotels. 1 star is given for location of the hotel. Rest, goes pathetic.*

hotel person tried to fool me by offering non AC room instead of ac room. my reservation is for Deluxe room which is ac. finally they agreed and provided ac room which is window ac with no controlling. there is no elevator to this hotel. but the positive thing is this hotel is at a walkable distance to Ganga ghat.
