Hotel Shivalik Retreat, Pani House, Gangtok

location is far away from mg marg, you have to walk 15 to 20 minutes up side to mg marg, and hotel is not in main road, in down side from main road, room is ok cleanliness is also ok but shoap and water kettle not provided, food is ok and price is as normal as other restaurants. experience was not good and not bad. average experience because of location and service provided by hotelier. familiar hotel but mug and bucket is very bad, yuck, shoap not provided, tv was not working etc

Good hotel with all basic amenities except parking, near to M G Marg just 5 min of walking, good staff behavior and they are very cooperative specially Mr. Karan and the manager Mr. Suprio. Good view from window (Mountain View Room). I recommend this hotel for all types of stays either family, bachelor, solo, group, couple, females. They also arrange tourist packages like Nathula, North Sikkim etc at very reasonable and true prices.

if you talk about the hotel then in this budget the hotel is clean, geyser, king size bed, mountain view , good food, staff behaviour is good and helpful but the location is far away from Mall road and also u have to stiff climb down from main road for hotel entrance which is little bit suffering for everybody...

It was decent hotel, room is also spacious but u have to go down through multiple stairs to reach and you can easily skip the hotel. For your help puma showroom is the landmark
