First of all Hotel located on main road and very easy to reach. Check in process was really very smooth. Staff were very polite and fast in service. The room was average with queen size bed so extra bed is required for child. Hot water was available for shower but bathroom was not up to the mark. Room was having smell of Dampness which was irritating. Breakfast was very good. Quality of food was good. No extra amenities other than this like tea kettle. Only shampoo and soap provided and towels were smelly. Overall a good stay Hotel was family friendly. Staff was good and supportive

not good experience, the tariff charges are almost 4 times which is mual understanding of cheating customer to such a high level that we two families can't tolerate, planning to raise a legal note on the same. room no. 207 & 208 charging 10,000 + for single room which is usually 2500 in routine days, claiming 3 star facilities but feels like lounge or guest house.

Stay was good and Staff were very polite and professional. And the Best was Food , really very good. We had complimentary Breakfast which was awesome 👍 and even Dinner 🍽️ was also too Delicious 😋. Good stay for the family. Only recommendation is that rooms are well maintained but there is scope of improvement in case of colour and doors.

no lift in the hotel... we were with senior citizen and kids.. they had given us room in 2nd floor with no lift.. in night we asked for extra blanket but even that was not provided... i would have rate 0 star for hospitality but option is not available...

Had an amazing stay at Starvilla. The place was very clean, including the bathroom, which had hot water. The management was friendly and helpful. It’s in a good location, close to Nakki Lake, Domino’s, and other places. I would love to stay here again..

Worst stay, no cleanliness. From outside hotel looks good but rooms are pathetic. No warm water, Flush not working, charging slots not working, Damaged towels provided, One shampoo was provided for use.

Worst room & bathroom condition. Don't go with photos No parking space, you have to keep your car main road side. No even single sitting chair outside space area. Not even single Staff in dress code.
