Hotel stay was nice. Food was also good. clean and hygienic room , bed and bathroom. Altogether it was a pleasant stay. I recommend couples and families to stay in Sumi Shangri-La. Gangtok. M G marg was near by and Ramada Casino was near by. cable car ride and taxi stand is infront of the hotel. The beautiful view from the room. staff was polite and helpful. Ambience was good.

We had the wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything is good I.e. Room space, housekeeping, Food, etc. Hotel is located opposite rope way and away from MG marg. MG Marg is good for vegetarian restaurants and but not for shopping. Darjeeling mall market is better place for shopping.Room space, Food, Staff behavior

Stayed in the hotel for 1 night. Right from when we arrived at the porch, their hospitality only impressed us all the way till we departed. Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were buffet with great choices. Bit costlier then average hotel but worth the price tag!

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my fiance and I must say all the staffs were extremely professional and polite and the services provided were upto the mark. food was very tasty and the buffet breakfast and dinner was served lavishly. looking forward for another stay☺️
