view from tag along 2.0 balcony review * amazing staff i have been to so many hostels and zostels across the country, but it was the best welcome i ever received. the host showed me around the whole area as soon as i entered, introduced me to every bunch there already. they were also very supportive on arranging the cabs, permits etc or any other queries i had. * good food in cafe i found the food pretty reasonable and decent in taste. i ordered a curry, dal, salad and roti for dinner, prantha and tea for breakfast. it all combined costed me 600. * location (not the best but worthy) it is not super easy to reach property from main road and you have take stairs down from main road. there are about 70-80 stairs, which can feel like 700-800 while coming up with luggage :p . but the views from balcony of the property are actually amazing. * dorms very clean, hygenic and comfortable beds. washrooms are also pretty large, maintained and cleaned well.

The hostel was great it is in a quiet place where you would love to stay, their bar and restaurant is also great where you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner as well but this hostel is 4km away from Gangtok taxi stand and you have to pay ₹300-₹400 to the taxi driver to reach there so keep that in mind before booking if you can’t travel on foot you will have to pay ₹200 each time for taxi fare for both up and down as it is not near MG road.

food is too costly. i'll never suggest anybody to have food from this stay. dormitory is good with light and plug 360° view from balcony lounge to enter the stay
