The behaviour of one of the staff member at reception was worst, he kept arguing again and again. The pictures of room are different from the actual room, washrooms were not cleaned. Rooms were too shady and they didn’t canceled our booking when we asked, even the GM of hotel denied to cancel the booking and refund the amount. It’s better not to book this hotel for stay in Munnar. They gave us complementary breakfast but on our last day we had to leave early by 5am they initially said they will give us packed breakfast but when we were leaving they said no information was provided to us. No proper communication by the reception team especially the team which is on night duty. Worst experience with this hotel….

We were a couple and we stayed at tea castle for 2 nights. We were greeted with cinnamon tea at the time of our arrival. We were explained our stay for 2 nights along with our necessary details. The room was clean but the bathroom was not as expected of a 3star hotel. There were spider webs in our bathroom and even the bed was little smaller then our expectations. Room service was good though. We didn't opted for breakfast so cannot say anything about that. Overall experience was average. The hotel needs to work on making the rooms and bathroom clean as it is tagged with 3 star.

Stay date-21th Oct 17 Only entrance they have renovated. Rooms are big and coloured recently but all other things are old. Furniture smells a lot. No service to the rooms on time. I have. just put up the towel rod and it has fallen down. 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor rooms are not worth to stay as Kitchen is on the ground floor. Lot of smell come from there and noise disturbs too. Can't keep door open, lots of flyer and insects are there....

My stay in Tea Castle was amazing, as soon I reached the hotel, I was greeted with cinnamon tea, the reception staff was very friendly, my room was upgraded without any cost and I was given room with best views. The room service was best, I found the food in this hotel best Munnar. I felt complete privacy and safe here in this hotel. The staff was very respectful and friendly

Average rooms/ Good housekeeping and hygienic rooms- Average Infrastructure of the hotel.Really beautiful tea estates which can be seen from most of the rooms. Service is good. Facilities available in the room to make coffee or tea.Great Location away from the crowded Munnar town. Food was really good.

Hotel was not that much what I expect.Any how the stay was quite nice.but the room wants to be little more spacious and clean. Amenities are allowed but there was not usual amenities.Hotel can provide Good Amenities on the base of room they charged for deluxe.

Stay was wonderful. View'from room was superb. Front desk staffs were helpful and humble. Only problem was with around 10 km distance from Munnar Town and the food in restaurant was not good and highly overpriced. There is no shops nearby.

Perfect hotel for perfect stay- we took 2 rooms for 2 days -hygiene -amenities -clean washrooms -good food -nice view from balcony -1.5kms away from market so if you want to have outside food then have to take your car.

Pro Big hotel, Good view from 5 and above floor, good room service. Decent clean hote and resturant. Food is Decent,break fast is also decent. Only con is it's next to main road...so no walking space around hotel...

A very good budget hotel. The service was good and the rooms were neat and clean. The trekking package was provided by the hotel itself at an affordable cost of 3K(6 adults and 2 children).
