We are so disappointed to avail this property... spending so much money, we atleast deserve a proper network facility, cleanliness and security...but all of these were missing...as per you can see, though there was wifi, but no network service...we needed to book our flight to home, but can't because of the network service...the pool was full of dirts...with our child we never felt safe to use the pool...the door lock of the balcony was broken...we are literally heartbroken to spent such money but not getting proper service...not only this, the property was not properly clean also...there were dirt here and there...we usually book properties but never faced such mess... truly disappointed...

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Puri. The rooms are spacious, clean with nice interior design & all modern amenities. As promised all the rooms have private balcony attached with sea view. Also it has a beautiful rooftop swimming pool which is the main reason for our booking. Also the stuff behavior & service was really nice. Overall we had a very pleasant stay there. Excellent service by goibibo. Got the hotel booked at discounted price & instantly got the booking confirmation with payment details. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who want a luxury feel at a budget.

highly disappointed to share this review... spending so much money we never got proper facilities...there were wifi, with no network service, there were infinity pool with so much dirt and alive insects...we never felt safe with our child in that pool...the door lock of the balcony was also broken...the property was not clean also...we needed to book our flight to home but couldn't because of the network service... truly heartbroken with this hotel...we always book, never faced this type of mess...

The room was in very poor condition- tiles were broken, wall panels were broken, room was not clean, house keeping was not good and the rooftop pool was not maintained properly. After complaining the manager, he said that I will send somone and forget about it after an hour a person came and showed me a room even in worse condition. The only good thing good about the hotel is the food that's it

It was great stay.food was good. they just have to mention that the biryani isn't dum. except everything was great!the pool gives infinity pool vibes. loved everything.as a couple we loved the privacy and efficiency of the room and pool. as it was less crowded we spent quality time. and as a beach person I loved every bit of it!

I am a frequent puri visitor and this is the worst hotel i have stayed, rooms were drizzling with water, floors were completely wet. Staff was totally un-supportive and rude. These guys are trying to take our money for granted. i will rather spend the night in my car then stay in this hotel even if this the last one left.

have been victim of theft from my room on 29 november 2024 just a day prior to our checkout date during cleaning by housekeeping staff. management was complacent and did nothing and instead pointed towards my integrity as a 78 year old senior citizen lady.will never ever stay in this hotel again. learnt a lesson.

I highly suggest no one should book this hotel, staff do not respond they just say yes we will come in 5 min , i asked them to change room towels , bedsheets all were dirty they were not changing and there were cockroach in the room how can they charge so much for this type of amenities

very good stay, staff were extremely polite and nice. rooms require attention especially to the floor, floors should just not be cleaned with cleaning liquid and broom, it becomes sticky and uncomfortable. rest all is fine. would consider returning to this same hotel in my next stay

Very cute hotel.. We stayed in sea facing premium room for 03 days. Staff were very polite.. great location .. away from the crowd.. Neat and clean rooms and common places.. We enjoyed our stay!! Thank you ppl for the experience..

Nice hotel for couple it's has infinity pool on the roof top with sea view and all the room are sea facing with balcony and the bathroom was beautiful well cleaned and good room service.
