We stay at hotel for 5 days since 27 th jan 2k21.Very good location near to beach.Quality in Food n price also competitive than other local restaurants in vicinity.i appreciate the help and courtesy extended by Mr.Zahid till our stay.He is very passionate about his duty treats like family member.I just give rating due to his supports when we needed.better rooms with ambience and good infrastructure Improvement needs in breakfast quality as well variety daily maintaining room itemsonly executive rooms have balconyLess hotel space as compared to other resortMr.zahid also help us to book taxi to off airport.

Staff is good specially Mr. Mohammad, he took care of everything very well, breakfast was not good, during this time their kitchen is not in use so they are providing the breakfast from some other restaurant and they don't let you choose the meal you want and sent anything like 2 packet puri sabji or 2 packets of paratha sabji which was quite absurd. but overall it was a nice experience everything was clean, every electric thing was working like TV, AC all type of lights, refrigerator. Beach and market is in walking distance.

This is my Worst Experience ever, Room is very Dirty,Not clean bed, they were giving (Tasteless & less in quantity) breakfast in room, serving juice & Tea together. very bad hospitality... 1star only for Location that is near Calangute beach.if u have another option then choose that one.. NOT RECOMMEND. SAVE MONEY TO AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Stayed 7th July 2022 to 9th July 2022, Booked executive twin bed room. There is no twin bed 😔 only double beds are available. stain on pillow which is pathetic even asked the room service they told us just " it won't go even after multiple times washing"😑😒. Breakfast is okay, washroom is clean and good.

1. Flora residency Hotel Rooms is facilitate with 2 star type hotels type amenities. 2. Flora residency hotel is not up to the mark as a 4 star hostal. 3. I am not recommended for this hotel for 4 star hotel. 4. bustered hotel, I graded to this hotel TWO star hotel.

Rooms were very small, hotel service very bad. Had to call out several times for the simple services. No room service at all. Charges were on the upper side. No restrictions for consumption of alcohol, late entry/exit, several other allowances.

we had a great stay here. the staff was very supportive and helped a lot.. I had a special request to decorate the room and provide a cake for the anniversary.. that was beautifully done.. the breakfast was also really good.

It was good but my brother forgot his sweater there they told that its lost but later when my argued that show me the CCTV after 20 mins they told they have found the another room which was never entired by my brother

Receptionist was quite rude. Which kind of killed our happy mood. For good experience even Staff should always be fresh and helpful. There was no exhaust in bathrooms so was stinky. Overall it was average.
