on a very personal point of view, i loved the place. i loved everything about this place. from the moment i stepped inside their premises to the moment i came out, everything was perfect. all the staff are well trained and every one of them cared for the guests. also interior wise it was beautifully made. clean and cozy. felt the warmth right from the beginning. they had no judgemental eyes, behaved as they should, friendly. the rooms are designed to be cozy. just full on happiness and fun. no interruptions unless they are called upon.

Rooms are small but cozy, well maintained, and hygienic. Service is slow. it takes too much time for check in and check out. In room dining options are too limited and over over expensive compared to the level of hotel and food taste and quality. The food prices are as equal to five star but not at all worth. Too excessive oily preparation, few items not cooked properly also. Customer service and orientation should be improved very average, would not prefer it again

The Greenwood hotel was a great find for me, although it does look a little out of place in the neighbourhood. Regardless, check-in was smooth despite my arrival at midnight. The room was extremely clean and swanky, which reflected in the food prices as well [expensive for me]. Would still consider staying there again. Smooth check-in, accommodating staff, round the clock room service.

As a business traveller I have had the opportunity to stay in a lot of marquee properties,be it Mariot,Novotel,ITC or Westins.My stay in Greenwood gave me a comfort which I could not find in these properties.Safe to say this is the best hotel in guwahati.From the spacious but compact rooms,to the best french omlette I have had in this country.This hotel has captured my gratitude.

My one night stay here at the Greenwood hotel was excellent 👌 the rooms are truly luxury,well maintained,cleanliness is perfect, the hospitality of the staff from the reception to the room service and all the other staff makes us feel at home...I highly recommend a stay out here...

The place is really commendable. Good Staffs at your service round the clock. With the deal I got at Goibibo, we get to experience the mega breakfast buffet at Jholokiya. Well tea serve at the restaurant was horrible.

Food items are over priced.. But the room was very comfortable and clean for my stay except for the bathroom door concept....It has an interlock from inside and can't be locked from outside and it was sliding door....
