I have travel around the world but I have never seen in 5 star hotel also this high class hospitality, provided by thehkinternational hotel team. this is newly built property with excellent interior and location is also good and easily reachable and with excellent view from room, just 3-4 km from manali main mall road shopping market, and all staff of hotel treat us like we are some vvip specially the manager Mr. ajay, I can say that boss of hotel is lucky to have this man in his team as manager, he will not give u a single chance to complain, he and complete hotel team will treat u like u are a god for them. we had bf and dinner in package and I advice u all to book it with bf and dinner only because they have a cook who's makes food better than I eat in Bombay. he is master in chines and punjabi food. our driver is also happy with quality of food they provided to him which is always complimentary from this hotel. if u want to make manali a memorable tour then just hkinternational can make it happen for u with excellent new property with beautiful interior room, excellent location, world no 1 manager Mr ajay, and food taste better than my Bombay taste. trust me you will love manali more just because of this hotel.

We booked this Hotel from 1st Jan to 3rd Jan 2016, We reached Manali at 1st Jan 7:00 AM sharp but we able to locate this hotel. I called so many time to the given number,but no-one an swering the call. I have also tried to call Mr Ravinder Bhardwaj , but his number was swithched off. Some how we make it to the hotel and then we got to know this is not the hotel number this Hotel's Office number. This is only thing which disappointed me lot, plus we have to wait for 11:00 AM because all the rooms were booked. Rest Hotel stay is good, and room are really nice, Room service is up-to the mark and I really appreciate the Hotel staff. It is advicealble kindly contact to hotel directly and ask for Pick and drop.

i recently visited The HK international hotel. it is 3-4 km from the main market and you do not get anything nearby. if you ask the hotel people to get you even a small bottle of cold drink they will charge you extra 100 bucks. the quality and taste of food is very bad. i samtaued in manali for 3 days and all the 3 days these people made same vegetables in dinner. there are many good hotels near mall road. i would any day prefer to stay near mall road becaus that is the heart of manali. i hope my review helps you.

Stay was all good with this Property, No hassle at all with this Property, Things went fine enough with my stay, Staff was so much cordial and services were really up to the mark, Overall i would rate it as 3.5 star rating and i would recommend it for family and friends purpose.

service is best of HK international. I have stayed in so many hotels but never seen service like this. Location is bit far from mall road.... near about 2 KMS. but in car it will take 5-7 mins. Overall it's a great experience to stay here. Food quality is awesome

Hotel is very good, maintained very clean, and has good view of mountains from windows, hotel people are very good, only the problem is it is little bit far from mall road (But people travelling with personnel vehicle can prefer this) And t he stay is wonderful

A comfortable stay with all decent facilities and amenities. Service quality was nice and accommodation was much comfortable. All in all it was a pleasant stay without no issues. My rating are 4.5 out of 5 and recommended to all.

Ambience was good, service was also good, Hospitality and comfort was appriciatable, Indian food was nice. Cleanliness is an improvement area , found a rat in room every night :-). Distance from mall-road was a concern area.

rooms bht ache hain ,,washroom bht hi acha hain ,, location thoda sa uper jana padta h main road se 1 km itni achi nhi h according rate value for money super deluxe room 800 rs 1st floor in 13 July

but no electricity supply for daily 3 hours (7am to 10am) you cant use geyser iron for cloths etc in this duration. No laundry service available in hotel overall. over all GOOD PLACE TO 4STAR
