This is not a 4 star hotel for sure I am rating this 2 star just because i liked the room. Else everything was not up to the mark Cons: * owner and staffs are wierd and rude * Noting avaliable in kitchen, they only aalu at that moment * location is too far from mg marg, bt you'll get shared taxi that will cost you 25 per person. Gangtok has many hotels, if you are looking for good hotel, go for another option

HOTEL'S SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT...FOOD QUALITY IS GOOD...ITS FAR FROM M G MARG... THERE HAD SOME THINGS LIKE FRUIT WINE , FRUIT BASKET, ETC THOSE SHOW COMPLEMENTARY WITH OUR PACKAGE BUT THAT WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN OUR ROOM OR THEY NOT GIVES US WHEN WE ASK FOR THOSE THINGS ...

We had wonderful stay....food was good.. and service was prompt.. heater is available but on extra charges of 400/- for 12 hours. MG Marg is bit far but we get share taxi for 20/- from near district court, to ranka stand from there MG Marg is 5 min walking distance.

The hotel is very near to taxi stand. Right in front of district court. Imwe had a very pleasant stay. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Shared taxi for mg market is available for 20 rupees. Good hotel for family. I stayed with my mom dad and sister.

Hospitality is good. Breakfast was awesome. Big room as well as washroom. The only problem is that the mg road is 2.5 km away from the hotle but you can get shared taxi for Rs 25/-. No good restaurant available near hotle. Food is costly but good.

Very pleasant stay. Room is quite spacious. Service and food is also good. The distance from M.G.Marg is quite far but yiu have shared taxi from district court taxi stand which is in less than 1 min walking distance. Highly recommended.

Best bugdet hotel in this class.even staff is polite enough and Service was amazing.my stay in executive room type.Room and toilet very clean overall I can suggest this hotel for stay. Service part is good

Definitely not a four star property. Smells allover the rooms and corridor. No buffe in breakfast. Very limited food choice. Overall I will not recommend the stay.
