The Living Space

first of all the staff of hotel didn't give us the proper information about the how to use the appliances in the room. Room and bathroom both are not cleaned. The plates they gave that but unfortunately that is also not usable because of unclean and very unhagenic. They neglected requests. They said they are providing the TV but that is not getting network every time. They have geyser but we can not use before we inform to them. They have parking lot but we didn't get that also my bike stayed in rain all night. pathetic service. won't recommend to anyone else.

The rooms are very clean and tidy. The staff are very courteous. In toiletries only soap is provided which was a bit unexpected. At such a price usually one gets a pack of toiletries. Complementary breakfast or water is not provided by hotel, one should manage on its own. Location wise hotel is located at the City center. Bus stand is at 100m while Lonavla Railway station is at 500m, so travelling is very convenient. Overall the stay was very pleasant. Cleanliness of rooms and courtesy of the hotel staff was best.

very poor experience. no amenities were provided and when asked about amenities, the behavior of the staff was very rude. don't visit this hotel. the behavior of the staff is very rude and there was no professionalism. water issues were also there.

It's not a great stay. It's not worth stay. Very strong cigarette smell in the room when we arrived at the room. Only two liter capacity geyser. Very small bathroom table. Shampoo n body wash was not provided.
