*x & z hotel calangute review* we had a fantastic stay at x & z hotel calangute. although our initial room had an issue with the ac, the staff quickly resolved it by moving us to a better room without any hassle. their prompt and courteous service truly stood out. the hotel’s amenities were excellent. the pool was cleaned especially for us before we used it, which showed their attention to detail. the rooms were spacious and had comfortable bedding that easily accommodated our group of four. hot water was perfectly consistent, and the tea and coffee provided added a nice touch to our mornings. the property also had friendly dogs that added a warm, homely vibe to the stay. the wi-fi worked flawlessly, which was a big plus for us. overall, x & z hotel calangute offered a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. it’s a place we’d definitely return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting goa.

The location was ok as it was on the main road , however quiet far from the beach … The size of the room was small. They bug you in early morning for the check out however the check out time was 11. We stayed for 3 nights and every morning either we get a call or someone is ringing the bell on the door which was really annoying every though the stay was ok. The stay was good but it would have been better if we were not bugged every morning as we used to come back at around 4-5AM and someone starts knocking on the door at 830 😰

It was a very pleasant stay with my family. The hotel staff including reception, management and housekeeping are very cooperative. Rooms and toilets are cleaned and one can ask for cleaning in between 10am-4pm when needed. A few rules are in place regarding damage of hotel property and that is fine. If you damage something (accessories/Lenin/towels,etc) you have to pay. Laundry service available. Location wise the hotel is superb.

we stayed 3 night over there and they were not professional and not punctual. complementary breakfast not ready as per time schedule of 8 am to 11 am but kitchen opening after 9:30 am. no toothbrush paste provided. location also behind the zoya thai spa. very small board and difficult to remember the location. pool was good. overall cleanliness good. small cats were also good and my daughter played with them. food is good.

The worst one ever ppl are like rowdys and onoy the receptionist is good i dont know her name but she is very kind and helpful other than that the residents the receptionists everyone are like rowdys if ur coming as couple i think u should avoid to have peace and no car parking too. The people and their behavior.

Room was good but most importantly there is no parking option...they said park at your own risk literally we parked car at the street...there is no soap & shampoos in room...i paid for water bottles.. swimming pool is just for show off...bad experience

The hotel was clean and the service was nice. Staff and management was polite and provided good service. Satisfied with the stay. Thank you. We lived in 2 separate rooms as 5 family members. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful and family friendly.

Hotel Location but staying in ground floor is not safe lots of insects and cockroach, 4-5 dogs and Cats are there which is not to stay with child. overall it's okay, not so much good experience, but food and staff are good and supportive

Nice hotel, 1) Near to market 2) Near calangute beach approx 1km 3) Room neat and clean book deluxe room, room simple clean and size big with large balcony. Not so much amenity but if you find out for stay in goa it is good hotel.
