Townhouse The DEN - One of the finest hotels in Kolkata to waste your money on YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU ARE SHOWN IN PICTURES. INSTEAD THE RECEPTIONIST CHARGES EXTRA FOR THE ROOM WHICH YOU HAD SEEN. THE ROOMS ARE FILTHY DIRT.(pictures attached). THEY DO NOT EVEN CARE TO MOP THE FLOOR NOR CHANGE THE BEDSHEETS BEFORE ANY GUESY ARRIVES.If you take the room which according to them is the room which you have booked(does not match even remotely to rooms shown in pictures) then that bed is going to fit only one person, but the receptionist says it can accomodate 3 people . The bedsheet, pillow cover , towel all are dirty( and they do not even have extra supplies to change them. The AC has no remote , it is in auto and connot be controlled. There is no fan no wardrobe no hanger, how will they give these in such a small room. The receptionis This guy does not treat hotel guests but as some street side He thinks that he is doing charity by giving us rooms. THIS HOTEL MADE ME FEEL THE WORST. I would better sleep on streets next time but i will not book this hotel. Please do not take your family or children there , they will be highly scared by the environment of the hotel. I could give only 1 , bcoz that is the least, this hotel does not even deserve to be reviewed.

Worst hotel ever! Staffs are extremely rude and psychotic. The rooms are extremely filthy,they dont even care to mop the room before check in or change bedsheets. We went to the hospital for an emergency and came back by 12:20,the main gate was locked so we knocked but staff started shouting "do you what time is it?" We have paid for the room and they treated us as if we are staying for free.If they have this policy they should have mentioned it to us,it isnt even mentioned under rules or even written at the reception,how are we supposed to know. Making women stand at the gate and shouting at them,disrespecting their guest.I dont know why are they even running this hotel when they have zero sense of hospitality and customer service.

Horrible experience, I have my 3 year baby with me and hotel staff said they don't provide any food . I bought milk from outside and they refused to boil it up giving reason they don't have kitchen.I didn't have any option but to change the hotel . I checked out next day and contacted and they said refund for the raining day can't be return. I paid for 4 days and checked out in 9!3 days and they took all money
