i booked and paid for breakfast as there was only 2 rs if you want to exclude breakfast, so i added and paid for breakfast.but after booking i found that it is not showing breakfast includedI complained to Goibibo on multiple calls only fake responses.I complained about the same to Treebo they denied for breakfast even after payment by saying that we didn't received mail from Goibibo.i ask hotel reception as I paid the same amount for breakfast so i should get it, but they ask 400 rs extra even after full payment.The only good thing is the hotel room size is good and clean, service staff is polite.For mounting view you need to pay extra amount by switching top category room which you will not see on app.auto will charge 150-200 to reach hotel as that is on height street.food i found average with same premade gravy , price are of 3* hotel only but quantity was good so giving 2* only for that. Else Treebo, Goibibo and Management chain Ruined My Time. Be aware before booking might be you loose your money as it is non refundable even if you book for 2 person and they provide 1 person booking only, you will not get money in any case, such waist of time and trip.

This hotel is a nightmare. Connecting road to hotel is so narrow for car. Staff behaviour is so bad, even The manager (nikhil) don’t know how communicate with guest. I booked this hotel for 4 days. Only 1 day they clean the room. Washroom don’t have separation for wet & dry area. I booked a Mountain View room before a month ago, but they provided me by saying once available then only we provided.

We had booked a mountain view room but to our utter surprise we got a room which did not have a mountain view. Further staff were impolite and were not ready to carry our luggage at late night check-in. The next day morning hot water was not available for the bath. We haven't taken a pic but we have narrated the issue to the hotel manager and he has accepted & agreed on the issues we narrated.

A very nice Ambience of the hotel, Humble and kind staff members and helpful. The hotel, is having good views of the mountains and manali which cherish your eyes and will make it memorable and worthy. Interior of the room was awesome, Bathroom facility is also good. Value for money, Must visit.....# Awesome.

The stay was pleasant with the mountian view room. Space was good but not very big. active in managing and followup during stay and late hour checkin and city related guidance. efficiently managed the stay well, also during later hour checkin. Overall exp was good with the staff and property.

worst experience faced , location to the hotel was so worst that even a SUV can't get through,staff wasn't cooperative and there was no power supply (electricity) for few hours,won't recommend anyone to book this hotel.

It was too cold and the hotel should provide room heater at free of cost but they charged me ₹per night. that horrible for me. if I am paying near about so I should get room heater as a compliment.....
