I stayed in the hotel on 10 Apr 25. The stay was nice. The location of the hotel excellent which is near to Pahalgam taxi stand no.2 and main market. I booked super deluxe balcony room which has mind blowing mountain view. So if you want book a in hotel tulyan, try for a super deluxe room. There is a restaurant also available, Nathus rasoi, which is in the ground floor of the hotel. The booking rate of the hotel in April was little bit costlier, but the stay was perfect. Also, the food in Nathus rasoi was little bit expensive compared to other restaurants, but the quality was great. The staff of the hotel are very co-operative. Parking facilities for the vehicle and security services are also available in the hotel. The rooms and washrooms were clean and I had a perfect stay there.

Pros- near to Tourist Taxi Stand and Market Biggest Cons- Muddy water was coming out of tabs in bathroom. When contacted the receptionist, he told ongoing rains to be the reason. Hotel should have made some provisions. It seemed it was dependent on rainy water. Quilt given to us was dirty. When told to room service, he said these might be tea marks on quilt and he changed the quilt that had same dirty marks. He changed again but the third quilt was also not properly cleaned and these so called tea marks were also present. We adjusted with it. Mirror in dressing table kept in room was unclear but that was not a big issue. Rest is that Hotel doesn't provide tea bags, dental kit that didn't matter to us.

Location wise the hotel is situated near the pahalgam market. But not quite worth the price that they are charging. The room which was provided didn't have any natural view. room heater was not present but heated blankets were provided. Shaving kits were not provided as per the inclusions. Bathroom had not ventilation (just imagine).

Nice Hotel...Staff is very polite and helpful...Enjoyed d stay at d hotel...rooms are bit small but neat and clean...Nathu's is d restaurant for this hotel which is best in class for veg people... I was travelling with my 2 year old and they helped me in preparing baby food for my kiddo...

Hotel was Good but with no room service. Food at restaurant was Good but quite costly. Staff response was excellent and helping. Location is also nice with taxi stand and market in the vicinity. Food.
