The location of this hotel is very awkward, you can't locate this hotel from road you have to climb upwards to find it. It's near about 2 km from mall road and it is not in old manali, there is only one bridge to reach there and due to traffic on that yo"ll have to walk all over. The rooms are very small and pity washroom, don't go for this very cheap hotel, they charge you for average hotel but this is below average hotel.

It’s a bit far from Mall Road. We have taken super deluxe rooms, rooms are spacious but room heaters are too small and not enough to warm the room. There is no central boiler hence we need to wait for half n hour to get hot water. The service is good. The only minus thing I found is room heater which is too small and cost is 400/- where we can get for 200 rupees in other hotels...

Its a nicely located hotel quite comfortably reachable. The service they provided was completely up to the mark. People were cooperative. Rooms were neat and clean. Overall a nice property to visit.
