i had a wonderful stay at walison, and i can’t thank the team enough for their exceptional hospitality. the staff was incredibly supportive, the food was delicious, and the facilities were well-maintained, making my experience truly comfortable. despite the freezing temperatures outside (-1 to -2 degrees), the ac kept us warm and cozy, ensuring a pleasant stay. a special shoutout to manjoor bhai, who was always available to provide anything we wanted to eat and sajad bhai, who truly leads from the front. right from the booking stage to my entire stay, sajad bhai was immensely helpful—suggesting must-visit places, guiding me to the best locations, and even assisting in arranging a cab. thanks to the walison team, my trip was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. a heartfelt thank you to sajad bhai and the entire staff! i highly recommend walison to anyone looking for a great stay.

Location of the hotel is fantastic near Dal lake but located inside a bylane. The price of room is reasonable as compared to other hotels at Dal lake. Geyser and room heater available in each room. Inverter and generator are present in the hotel but generator back up is provided only in peak hours like morning and evening. Manager Sajjat Bhai is extremely co-operative and arranges everything needed by a tourist during the stay. Staff humble and co-operates with tourist. Overall good experience in the hotel.

hotel katra residency was excellent, at the price in which it was given, i think it was very gud, also do order from their restaurant, i think it's better then the ones available outside, fresh food and very nice, tea, maggi, parathas, any thing for kids. overall a 10/10 experience. front desk person was very gud, he arranged taxi for us to the airport at very reasonable rate.
