Overall the stay was pleasant. It is a new and small property hosted by a family. There are 4 cottages, so not a lot of facilities, like lobby, reception, kitchen, or other common areas. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The good thing is that the hosts are always there to help and resolve any issues. But the problem is there may be one too many issues that needed fixing, for example, hot water, internet, TV. Breakfast was brought in from the neighboring house so it was cold by the time it arrived and there was no question of asking refills in this situation. Iron was also not available in house. Plenty parking space available, and property is 3 kms from Panchgani market. It is a secluded and quiet property with a great view which is a perfect option for couples. However, the rooms are not spacious enough to accommodate families, and there are no socializing common areas in the interest of solo travellers. I needed to keep my luggage for sometime after checkout and use the common facilities but there was literally no lobby, reception or common washroom.

Really it was amazing stay at Western Valley Cottages Panchagani. We enjoyed beautiful sunrise 🌞 from our room balcony. This hotel is only 3 km from panchagani & 18 km from mahabaleshwar but trust it's completely quite and away from traffic & rish. We got very tasty and delicious food at the time of dinner. Must enjoy veg paneer & chicken handi with bhakari. You will enjoy authentic cottage feel. This is small and memorable cottage. Staff was very nice in terms of service & hygiene. Owner was always be helpful at any point of time. I would recommend this cottage for one of holiday destination for Panchagani mahabaleshwar trip.
