Hotel White House Munnar | Luxury Resort

Location: Around 2 km from Anachal bus stop. A bad, narrow, bouncy road to reach the hotel and the whole perception changes. Perfect location. Excellent property, beautiful, huge, white. Ample parking and walking space. Staff: Very sweet, professional, courteous, friendly and lovely and were always taking reviews at every point of contact from welcome drink to pool facility (Except for one stewardess at the restaurant who was always in a hurry and didn't somehow wanted us to dine in their beautiful restaurant and made disgruntled face whenever I asked for something, even for a change of table) Rooms: Extremely comfortable, spacious, pleasant with great view of valley from the balcony. There's only patchy mobile network in rooms though. Amenities: TV with WiFi (which was also patchy), no fridge (not required actually), hair dryer (The Phillips in both the rooms i had booked burnt out in seconds), toileteries, no jacuzzi 😜. An excellent 4 feet pool and 2 feet pool for kids with shower and changing rooms and the view from there is fantabulous. Play area with cricket, treadmill, gym, slides is a value addition for families traveling with kids. Food: Excellent food (Except that I found biryani not upto the mark and was too oily). Breakfast spread was fulfilling. Price: IT'S WORTH IT. Recommendation: DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED. Perfect for a family leisure trip. I LOVED THE WHITE.

booked it for sister family who are doctors and canadian nationals. The reception team was rude and uncorporative they arrived at 9:30 pm tired and hence requested for dinner in room but was refused. Moreover amenities were basic only though the property is nice and location is very good. I do not recommend this hotel unless you are left with no other choice.

The hotel is Nice and situated at a good location. But a bit far from main tourist attractions, My family stayed there for 3 days. The breakfast menu was repeated after a day. The food quality also missed. They also missed serving the authentic kerala foods. The staff in reception was not polite. But it is well maintained hotel and pretty clean.

Excellent new property and very well maintained. Impeccable service by all the staff. If you are coming to Munnar it is a half-hour drive to the town and more to the top station or Suryanelli side. The pool was very well maintained and the breakfast buffet was also quite good. Enough Parking for the vehicles.
