i booked a room for 3 night. when i reached there i saw room was dirty. bed sheet was dirty. bathroom was dirty. hotel manager behaviour was very rude. staff behaved bad when i asked for number of manager. he was shouting at me. they didn't refund my money. although changed the room but condition was same. staff was not able to handle the situation he wanted us to settle down .

its near West point mall . best part is very cheap price for 4 people in 1 room. if you want to stay overnight. stay is ok ok. but i guess its good in this price. room is good. but you have to walk steap road for 2 to 3 min. staffs are ok ok not much professional. but if you are looking for quick hall or urgent stay. this is good choice.

location good. staff very lazy when it comes to ordering food. no power back up. had to spend entire night due to load shedding. toilet is clean. room size big. food not upto the mark.good thing is that the geyser works

Amenities were good but check-in was delayed. The staff was a bit rude and was not able to listen. The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found.
