We visited the place during in the end of December last year (2023) and I must say that this is one of the best properties near MG Marg. From their welcoming behaviour to their service - everything was just perfect. We booked Premium Deluxe with Mountain View room (kaluk - 3rd floor) from goibibo and we could see the Kanchenjunga from our room window. Hot water was always available. Lift was there and was fully operational all the time. Rooms were big and neat and clean. Same goes for washrooms - tidy and with bathtub. They provided premium branded toiletries as well. From MG Marg, this property is just 500 meter away. We didn’t opt for free breakfast option, we tried their al a carta items and all were delicious (but quantity could have been better). Famous Gangtok ropeway is in just 500 meter walking distance. Only concern is - if you have any issues with your leg or if you are an old person and not comfortable with hill station walk (ups & down) or if you are coming during monsoon and don’t have good anti-slip shoes , then you may not feel comfortable to walk till MG Marg as the road is stiff. But, again, getting a taxi is very easy here. They maintain cleanness in the entire property. Overall we had amazing 2 nights and would like to stay in future as well.

Very nice environment. Neat and clean. Well furnished and decorated with all required important facilities like electric kettle, mask, sanitizer, tea bag, sugar, coffee, gyser etc. Disposable slippers were provided for wearing inside room. Bed heating system was provided. Food is little bit costly but quality was excellent. Restaurant is also cleaned and well decorated. Quick response from Reception, Housekeeping and Restaurant of needed. Daily housekeeping available. Overall very good. Couple friendly

Great holiday experience! Facilities and the services provided were top notch. Recommended: Book premium deluxe room on top floor for best view of Mt. Kanchenjunga right from your windows. Not Recommended: Elderly people might find it difficult to go up and down the steep slope to reach the hotel. Overall experience was amazing and would like to come back in future! The ambience was good and the requested room decoration were as per our expectations.

Room has breathtaking view of snow laden mountains. the hospitality is superb. we had stayed in premium suite for 2 days but could not book suite for third day but they upgraded our room as a goodwill gesture. staff speaks very nicely and food was also very good. best part was it is 200 mtrs from MG marg. 5 stars for hospitality, location and food
