We had an absolutely lovely stay at Zara's from 04.08.19 to 06.08.19 @ 203. 1. Staff - is 1 of the biggest drawing points here, they were cordial, jovial and ever helpful, especially the restaurant 🍴 staff. Hope they are paid well, cause they definitely deliver & deserve a raise. Even rest of the staff on the property were very comforting. 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 1 more thing , the gardeners should get some additional tools to use. 2. Food - Food was delicious, the ala carte as well as the buffet. Quality and quantity wise was pretty good. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 3. Property - Location is pretty easy to get to and easily accessible. Also, being near a famous point also helps. Though they could utilise some of the vacnt & unused area as a play area for kids. 🌟 🌟 🌟 4. Rooms - Are well furnished & spacious. 🌟 🌟 🌟 Majority of the crowd present in the hotel were families, which was quite pleasant and good since you don't have to deal with the rowdy, unruly and rather loud group of individuals.

Zara's Resort is an amazing place. Very good and friendly staff. Restaurant is very good Rooms are very clean Nice Ambiance Pool is great 2 & 4 wheeler parking available for free. Came here in December I got the Best Offer (Really the Best one) on Goibibo. Little bit of problem reaching here with google maps,(While coming from Mumbai) it will take u 2 to 4kms ahead to Kune Near Della. U have to take U turn & come back. Rest all is Good!!

I had booked vintage cottage and the experience was awesome. outside of cottage, everywhere there are flowers. Greenery is at high level. Taste of food is good, restaurant service is quick.Pool is clean.there is ample parking space. it is on the highway so in night there is noise of vehicle. Reception is very slow. Wifi password was showing incorrect, called reception 3-4 times but no help received.

Superb experience accommodation in this resort is excellent...Will recommend everyone... But they taking 18%gst for food where areas it should be 5% right😅 and taking other service charge of 10% if we want to serve it in our room.... with those things im not happy with.

Excellent location and easily accessible. Very near to some good spots like Tiger point, Bor ghat which are walk-able. Excellent food quality and of course great front desk people!
