It was a wonderful stay. The owner Phillip and Annie are very humble and friendly. Talking to Phillips is very interesting. The property is in Pallivasal, just 5 KM from main town but transport is available at 50 meter from the property even KSTC buses for munnar are also available. Rooms are neat and clean with hot water. I would like to stay there if i wisit munnar again. I would like to thank the House Keeper, ever smiling lady. I forgot to ask her name. She is very sincere and provides services at the sharp time you requested. The food served was delicious and home made. It is really, " HOME AWAY HOME" *Phillip if you read the review plz convey my regards to your house keeper.

This is the most homely place stay in on your trip to munnar. The host and his wife are the most beautiful people I have ever met, such amazing and kind people. I love Kerala for one thing the most, the people are kind hearted, and I saw that the moment I met the family. I reached quite late at night for checking in, and they were up. The next day they guided us for everything, booked a cab, were so helpful and always cheerful. The homemade food for both breakfast and dinner was so nice. A break from the normal food. I wish to come back again and stay with them. A thumbs up to them. Thank you for having us.

Its a value for money. Situated on main road so reaching the place is very easy. But still it has own cardamom estate inside which was very nice. We can take a long walk in the morning which is rejuvenating experience. Hosts were very much available for any of your needs. They repeatedly check if you are having comfortable stay which is nice gesture. Food served is simple and tasty. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Only problem is frequent power cuts in munnar which might hurt to you.But the hosts go all the way to help with hot water from stove.

Such a calm and peaceful place with beautiful garden around. Excellent staff & services. Aunty(property owner)was very helpful throughout my stay. They dint hesitate to allow us checkin early by 10:30 only!! Ideal location as it’s accessible to ATM, hotels,shops,rickshaw-stand and more importantly traditional Kerala Kathakali & marital arts show auditorium is just 2mins walk. Budget hotel and ok ok view from hotel. Must try!

Though the location is 6km far from munner but if you have cab booked then this place might be one of the best place to stay in munner.. 100% value for money if you book at right time..

The owner of the homestay is a very friendly person and helpful. You will definitely feel at home. Breakfast was great. The view from room is really good. You will hear birds chirping in the morning, you can also take a walk in the estate in the morning. Would definitely recommend for stay at Munnar. Owner can also arrange for a vehicle.
