ac was swiched off after dinner at around 11.15 pm. after several request ac was not switched on. several roadside passengers were allowed to board the bus. as we talked to the passenger who boarded on the way confirmed that nothing unforeseen situation has happened and they boarded on the way. moreover the conductor collected fare from them which confirmed that they were roadside passengers. thus the concept of luxury bus was a total failure.
