worst experience, poor management and no security as water was flowing even in the lift as visible in shared pics. kitchen management is poorly managed. staff pretends to be new. bathroom was not good as taps were broken. cheap stay with no facilities. hotel was full of water everywhere while raining outside.

Location is good property is also neat and clean but geyser and kettle for warm water was not available that was disappointing. but rest of all everything is good..! staff was polite..!

If there is a negative rating available. I will give this hotel. It is like Dharamshala, and staff has no responsibility. Also, no ethical people.

experience is normal . only one water bottle provided in three days stay . no towels given and there is no cofee maker , no refrigerator.
