This is double deluxe room. First of all reception staff is very rude specially the girl. When we entered inside the room we got negative vibes. There were lizard's potty on 7-8 places on the bed and everywhere on the floor. Insects like spider and earthworms were there inside the washroom. Room was not at all clean. Please do not book it even if you get it for free. We stayed for 2 hrs inside the room and we left it over without refund.

It's a horrible experience I would rather say it's a nightmare.Worst service I have ever had. These people are taking one hour for one drink and another half an hour for the complementary.They can't handle 10 Customer at a time.The more you like the infrastructure the worst service is.Enjoying my drink with a Tamato ketchup.What Else I can say.

This Third class hotel this is building near darty water cannel(Nalla) smell very bad. Room are not ventiated if you open door you got smell of darty water and masquito. very bed expiriense
