Me and my wife was coming back from Kedarnath and we had train at night , we were very tired just wanted to sleep for while but the room was filthy , bedsheets had stains, no doormat, ac filter was never cleaned. And staff dont want to work if u ask anything they will make face. Will not recommend to anybody within this price u will get excellent near station.

The location of this property is very good as it's located just beside the Ganga. The hotel's property is very good & the ambiance of this place is very simple & peaceful. Even the accommodation that they provided to me was very comfy & restful & even their services were very satisfactory as well. I had a very soothing & peaceful time over here.

Staff behavior was good. Room was not clean. No clean water was there. Amenities were working. There was stink in room. Service was good. No complimentary services were good. Location was good, located near to railway station. There was no dining facility.

I checked out early, the experience was horrible, will never recommend anyone to go there. switches were damaged , too dirty and worst service , staff was very rude and non cooperative. Too much high charged against the services. The worst experience

the room provided was not clean and washroom was very untidy . dustbin provided in room was already used by someone and was not changed and blanket was also not provided and after asking for blanket a very dirty blanket was provided.

Stayed for few hours just because the room was not clean & the washroom was dirty. However I didn't face any issues while check-in. The hotel location is excellent & easy to locate as it next to railway station.

When we reached at the hotel they didn't provide us any room as our room was already occupied by some other guest so they provide us some other room & we had to compromise in it.
