The location of the hotel is very good. The staff in the hotel is very good. The rooms are very clean and the lines are very clear. The hotel F&B and the front office staff are also very good and their behavior is very good. Everything is good in the hotel. Only one shortcoming was seen from the hotel management. More work is being taken from less staff. Due to which there is difficulty in service. The management should please hire some more staff so that the service can be done properly and on time.

Never take service from Bloom Hotel, it is a completely useless hotel. The system is not good, all the staff there have no knowledge. No one is present at the reception who can answer your questions regularly. The management is completely useless. The food is third class and even after paying the bill, I get a call the next day after check out that you did not make the payment and I have already made the payment at the counter. the stay was not good with respect amount paid. they only maintain the lobby but rooms and services were not good. limited options for breakfast and food is super expensive. they don’t have any drop or pickup facility for yatra and charge you for eveything. 45 mins requested late checkout been charged as well. won’t recommend this hotel at all, there are many 2-3 stars available around in much lesser price

Thank you to all the staffs from bloom, hotel is best in town and no need to think at all for choosing to stay at bloom, can blindly you can trust the hotel. Will always recommend everyone to stay here.

hotel was giving a fresh feeling it is on main bazaar road with all amenities connected for yatri’s who stay in that place. rooms are beautiful. best place with reasonable price.
