Overall its a good hotel for 1 night stay if your are on pligrimage, Executive rooms are only deal you take, as delux room are small, Hospitality wise, if Mr. Arora, the co owner who manage the shows himself, avilable, than you dont need to worry about anything, he take cares of everything, better take breakfast and dinner in hotel by paying direct to them (economical) and food quality is very good, dont rush for har ki puri food, not upto the mark now.

i booked executive room . refrigerator are not working toiletries not provided coffee maker not provided electricity problem is also there. room service very much slow. I called many timesin total if they improve their room service and facilities they mentioned in hotel details then it would be ok otherwise it ....

Hotel room was nice,also had a huge balcony attached,hotel staff very cooperative.Location very good.Just walking distance from Shanti kunj Haridwar.Hotel is on main highway road so conveyance easily available.Hotel also has parking space so u can easily park your vehicle.

the main disadvantage is location... it is in between haridwar and rishikesh. One may prefer this hotel if you okey with location. Don't go in off season
