During my stay, I found that most of the staff were uncooperative, with the notable exception of Madam Rima Kumari Dutta, who was the only staff member providing helpful and courteous service. There was also no provision of dustbins in the rooms or common areas, making it difficult to manage waste. Additionally, the drinking water service was problematic, and it was inconvenient not to have accessible, nearby hotels offering regular meals. The food provided by the hotel itself was overpriced.

The hotel is beside the Road so whole night its too noise, Food taste was not good at all. If your booking room with breakfast They will knock the Door at 8:30am and will serve food accordingly, as per their wants they will not ask you anything about your preference and all..I dnt eat puri and sabji that is what they served,and the food was wasted.

It's not a good stay. check-in no issue. rooms and toilet are clean but room and bed edges are dirty. LACKS PROPER HYGIENE. no cover for smelly blankets asked for bed sheets but denied. tv was not working, complaints not taken up. service phone not working. WILL NOT SEE THE PLACE AGAIN.

It's just disgusting experience in this hotel booked for 3 guests and paid accordingly but when we reached the hotel they give us a room having 2 bed and said that they will give us another mattress for the 3rd person and we have to manage. Really very disgusting and very unfortunate.

the rooms where good and comfortable the behaviour of the staffs was also good.I like the hotal very much .If i visit guwahati again then I will love to stay here again.

Room and bathroom is clean . But what I didn't like is that most of the items in the menu are not available. Overall service is good.
