Rooms are perfectly clean and decorated with all amenities , Rooms are cleaned daily, reception and restuarants are very good in their service and food is fresh and tasty as well, overall service is excellent. Must book. There is no problem for family to stay, rooms are well suited for family with tea, coffee ready to be made served daily at your room. Rooms and restuarants are well decorated and serviced well. Overall very nice stay.

One of the best place I've stayed in. Incredible mountain and city view, spacious-clean rooms, big bathrooms and good food. Mr Lawrence, the hotel manager, has been very helpful. He knows local stories, has good knowledge of markets and was very helpful in all aspects. Other staff were equally polite and professional.

Great experience to stay here. Great food. Roof top view of gangtok is awesome. Value for money. MG Market is bit far, walking is not comfortable. But, you can avail taxi any time. Taxis are always available just in front of the hotel. It takes 20 per passenger or 100 for private reservation of a car.

it was a very nice stay at Maple. in Gangtok this was one of a kind and all kind of amminities were provided. stuffs are really friendly. and we got a room with nice view of Gangtok in front of us. would recommend breakfast option and stay there... the check in was hassle free.

excellent staff and extremely well maintained and decorated room. view from room is amazing. location is quite nice although not adjacent to mg marg. 20 min walking distance to mg Marg but road is very steep. We found share taxis near the hotel.
