This the best hotel in Katra from my point of view. 1. Clean and tidy rooms 2. Everyday cleaning facility 3. Those who wants child water or filtered water available here free of cost. 4. Staff very co operative and helpful 5. Location is superb. Lastly I would like to give my views. Mr Nek Raj Ji the in charge of the entire hotel who is in my pic in the reception, Is very helpful. I bought some shawl from the market in cheaper rate and the quality was very good. He took me there and till the time I was shopping he was sitting there and guiding me.. So many thanks to you Sir. Narendra Singh He is best person in the whole hotel. He showed me many places. He told me the story of Mata Vaishno Devi. He was like a good friend to me these days. Especially he cooks awesome food. Awesome means awesome. If you stay in this hotel and did not asked Narendra to cook food then boss you are missing it badly. And if you have a restorant of your own you might appoint him. Thanks buddy for all.. Please ask Narendra if you need any help regarding trip,Location n all , he will be happy to help.. Cheers!

I would strongly recommend this hotel to stay for a person those who are new in Katra as hotel staffs are very cooperative and they will guide you for your visit to Bhawan. This hotel is very close to **** Parchi Counter No 2. Had a wonderful stay in hotel for 3 days, even though this hotel does not have wifi service but we were provided with wifi service whenever required. They helped us in getting Cab service to Jammu with cheap price then compared to any other travel agency in avaible in Katra. Thumps up for services rendered by them.

Excellent budget hotel in the middle of Katra. All amenities nearby including a hospital. The management and staff of the hotel were a great help during our **** to Vaishno devi. Special mention to Mr. NekRaj, the owner, who went out of the ways to take care of us and fulfilling all our requirements. Above all a few can beat the value for your Money this hotel provides with the rooms and services. Highly recommended for booking without any second opinion. Jai mata di!!

Booked 2 rooms and would highly recommend this hotel as the services rendered by them are awesome. They are always at your service whenever you require them. This hotel is very close to **** Counter No 2 it hardly takes 3 to 5 minutes to reach Counter No 2.

Property is good & maintained. Situated in good location. I booked a Delux Room for 3 days stay with family. Manager is very cooperative owner is also very courteous. all staff good behaving.Recommend for a enjoyable family stay.

Must stay, Good to have and easily to access all the things what you want. Remember must be book through Goibibo if you want to extend your stay must be book other wise charge will be high. Overall hotel staff and quality is good.

Although I stayed in this hotel for a very sort spam of time but i found hotel staff very cooperative and location was good near **** Parchi Counter No. 2. Hotel don't have restaurant but they arrange food on request from outside.

There an issue with power cut but still the behavior is perfect. Hope to book it next time as well. This was my second time. A. C rooms were available but I didn't saw it. Sir please do something about the power cut........

Best and superb budget hotel, the staff is very cooperative and specifically Narinder Singh he is the Bahubali of the hotel, a run machine and cooks very tasty food also.
