amazing stay. hotel was upgraded. loved it. will recommend hotel golden crest for family stays as they have all the amenities our booking was upgraded and a 4star hotel under the same chain of hotels was given to us instead for better communication during our stays. hotel golden crest it was, bearing an awesome stay and both the service and behaviour was amazing. i was given a front facing room. there was not ao much of a view, but it was okay. the food was very tasty. the hotel also arranged for day trips around the town and the hotel being on the main highway and near to deorali taxi stand, getting cabs at share rates was so easy. will recommend the hotel for family trips. ours was premium room without breakfast, and we liked every bit of our stay

It was a great stay at hotel dew pond. First of all rooms were very clean i stayed in a premium room and also in a standard room.And food was ok and totally vegetarian food. And the view from room was amazing. Staff were helpful and very informative . They gave us true information about public transportation and all. It was a hassle free check-in and staff were cooperative.

Good hotel. The smell & ambience is great inside hotel. Staffs are courteous & helpful. Overall a good budget stay for 4 days with family. Location is centre of city where all facilities are available nearby. Recommended for all to stay here.

Highly recommended if you are looking for luxurious stay in budget.. Room was very good compared to the price paid.. Location is just 400m to the SNT bus station.. Free wifi was also very good.. Food was also tasty and reasonable...

Hotel staffs are very cooperative. Rooms are clean and overall hygiene is maintained by staff. Only the parking issues are there. They don't have any parking space but nearby paid parking is available

Room was very spacious. Good service. Few of the electric sockets weren't functioning though. Overall a decently priced hotel at a good location ( can easily find cabs for mg marg from here).

Location is bit far from the Mall road but locality offers minimum necessities. Restaurant was not operating during our stay. It offers best in class room for the low budget range.

Very Good Hotel. Children's park at the door step. Only slight problem its restaurant is vegan though the food is quite tasty. Premium Room sizes are as big as tennis court
