Went with parents and family. It was a great stay, 5mins walk from Mall road. Front rooms are comfortable, cozy and well maintained. The view from the rooms are awesome from 4th floor. Also the behaviour in the hotel are so polite, they go beyond their roles to help the guests. It was a very amicable environment with great stay. Only caveat is it does not have lift but excellent for young visitors. Highly recommend!

had an amazing stay here!! the rooms were small, cozy, clean and beautiful. The room service and staff were friendly and polite. They have their own restaurant and serve decent food and coffee. Location wise also it's great, it's on mall road. So, everything is very accessible and major plus point is it's next to sbi bank, so you've easy access to atm at anytime. Overall great stay !

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the behavior of the staffs at this property was reallys amazing. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in a bit early. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.The overall service of the hotel was exceptional as well. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Darjeeling.

i think dip palace is the best hotel in darjeeling. hotel staff are awesome. raju da owner he is very nice person and his behaviour o my god🤗🤗. location 2 minutes near mall road.. it’s a great option for anyone visiting darjeeling and looking for a good location with excellent hospitality.. highly recommended

I have stay 2 night with my family and my stay was amazing. All the hotel staff are very good behaviour and polite. They serve what you need on time. Near to mall road (100 mtr only) location is good. You can nice view from the room.
