Good: 1. Location is nice. Very close to the main market. 2. Hotel is new and maintained 3. Rooms are decent and clean Bad: 1. Services were very poor. They seem short staffed. In the 3 day stay, not once did anyone come to clean the room. No new sheets or towels. No washroom cleaning. 2. Food options are not that great. We ordered 2-3 dishes but they were passable 3. They have a policy of no outside food allowed which is alright but not allowing to carry fruits when one is unwell is pushing it too far. We were only allowed to take the fruits after a prolonged argument. 4. No view from the room. It overlooks other hotels and the tibet road.

The location was good.. it's walking distance from the mg marg mall.. which is the main attraction of gangtok.. it has a roof top resturant with amazing view.. it is the best hotel in this whole area.. newly renovated.. the service was good.. and time to time they checked on us which was amazing.. The food was amazing.. little overpriced il say.. but the service and taste was good. even they arrange for you sightseeing at a low price.. The view and the ambience at the rooftop resturant was good.. and they have drinks and hookah arrangements as well.. you will enjoy your time here..

Worst hotel ever, please don't book it guys these guys will loot you completely with zero service and 24*7 foul smell in the room and zero ventilation in the room and laundry service will cost you your complete salary and also the behaviour of the manager and the staff is completely inhuman, they will laugh at you if you fall sick by their food, very unhygienic and pathetic food with extremely limited options!! I BEG EVERYONE NOT TO BOOK THIS HOTEL OR THERE WILL NO END TO THE SUFFERING HERE! NOT SAFE FOR GIRLS, writing on my own experience!

Pros 1. The Hotel is new and therefore the rooms are in good condition. 2. Location of hotel is near MG Marg and Tibet Road 3. Staff is courteous and well mannered. 4. Roof top restaurant view is extremely beautiful with view of famous mount Kanchanjanga Cons. 1. The hotel is jammed packed between hotels and therefore foul smell of kitchen from surrounding restaurant comes in the room 2. There is no ventilation (AC or ceiling fans/ table fans) and therefore if windows are closed (due to foul smell) fresh air is not available

Found multiple Cockroaches. Not even once did they come and check to resolve the issue. Even refused to give me 1 extra towel. Bathrooms are dangerously slippery. Cancelled 1 out of 3 days stay for which they refused to give refund. Thankfully Goibibo intervened and gave me the refund. Very bad Hotel but great service by Goibibo

Hotel location is good near to MG marg,taxi stand and SNT bus stand. staff behaviour is good but need to improve room cleaning service. the rooftop view from hotel is awesome..Overall facilities are good and we are happy to stay there..Thank you...

Our stay at Galaxy Luxuria was very good.Room was excellent...food was good,service was good .Only problem was the reception part.People at reception should have been more welcoming ,communicative and customer friendly. Rest all good

Very good hotel near Gangtok MG Marg, 5 minutes uphill walk. Clean and spacious room, some rooms have good view and roof top cafe is good. Nice people at service and desk. Good experience.
