We didn't receive the room we booked and it was not informed to us in advance. The owner/manager arranged for another room which wasn't bad but it was within an under construction building with less facilities. I was tempted to cancel but it was raining, so decided to stay for the night. So, overall not a satisfactory experience.

experience was wonderful,placed at the heart of the city walking distance from mall road ,bus stop and taxi stops are also in close proximity.

Horrible. Slum hotel in slum location. Impossible to find. 300 stairs to climb, only to find dirty filthy room with no space to even stand.
