The stay was horrible. There was so much issue with parking. Though we checked in at 8:30 pm, the room was not clean. The entire room was stinking and they asked us to wait in the lounge at the 3rd floor where there were hell lot of mosquitoes. After 1/2 hour they gave us the room keys and when we went inside, the room was so overly freshened that it was becoming difficult to breathe. The bedsheets were dirty, throw sheets were dirty, there was only one towel and dental kit though the room was booked for 2 people. The handwash was empty and there were no coffee and milk sachets. The staff also were not professional. Overall the stay was pathetic.

Good hotel, Rooms are clean and well maintained. Food is good, Staff's are polite.
