I wish I could gv it 10 stars rating. If the price of the hotel would hv been ten times still it would b worth. All fclties are up to mark. Rooms beds ac private kitchen including fridge and cutlery, bathroom including bath tub, laundry,restaurant,wifi,power backup,Instead of swimming pool they hv private and peaceful clean beach in front of the cottages. They just don't provide few unnecessary things like 5star hotels as tea cattle, hair dryer shower caps and shaving kit, beer,wine bt u can order these things by paying to hotel staff only. Owsem hospitality I must say. The only thing which make it so cheap is 55 km from airport. But very green way to travel in day time very hard to catch them without google map. But They allowe early check in and late check out if require

It is the best hotel I ever stayed in my lyfe with. Just in front of the cortège u will find a all most personal beach with lyf guard for safety. Ac, beds, led,bathtub, hotwater,fridge all were in owsem condition. Staff will make u feel like a king as they are more then helpful. As early check in or late checkout is allowed. It is not only a room it's a 2floor cottage with 2 balcony kitchen king size bathroom with bath tub, best part it is damm cheap with 5 star facilities. It was a mesmerising stay. Way to hotel was also full of green around. U can't get this much natural beauty anywhere else in goa. .........

if u are coming only for goa then this place is heaven for u with its perfect location right on beach and sound of waves all night to make u feel u are in different world.but,if u r looking for night life of goa or crowd then may be its not perfect choice for u.overall i liked the stay here and its co-operative staff go all the way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.thanx mr.vijay,juze and everybody from its restaurant.

This hotel has made my stay in Goa a memorable one. Customer service was top notch, room was nice and large, also, they were flexible in understanding the needs of the customer and arranging things accordingly. For eg, in my case, I had requested for upgrading my room, and it was gladly arranged, with no questions asked. Will highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is very polite and helpful. Especially Sachin and Rakesh. The check in time is 12.00 pm but they allowed me to check in at 10.00 am as the room was available and also as i was with my wife. Morning complimentary breakfast is also decent and tasty. I would be visiting this place again for sure. Vaule for money.

As we need to visit other places in Goa, got a chance to stay only for one night at this place. Place is awesome, rooms are very clean, nice location. If you want to get out of stress life, this is the best place to stay, next to beach, the best part of the resort is wooden cottages, surrounded by greenery.

Ahh, it was great stay with sea at your door step, nice wooden shacks, nice food.. Location: Silent, uncrowded. Food: Great Staff: Very cooperative, they will arrange bikes or taxi for you on request, they can guide you about places and planing your ride. (Special thanks for Mr. Don and Mr. Mithun)

Apart from a good location, services and food are excellent...hotel staff is very friendly...this was my second time stay at the hotel...and I would love to visit again and again... If you want to stay at morjim beach you must go for this one!

By the beach. While rooms don't give you a view of the ocean, a rather short walk through the property and you're there. Smiley happy people. The only shortcoming was lack of choice in vegan/vegetarian food.
