I recently stayed here for a short getaway and wanted to share my experience. Overall, it was quite pleasant, but there were a few aspects that stood out. Firstly, let me start with the positives. The room was fantastic. It was spacious, well-furnished, and had a beautiful view. The decor was modern and inviting, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, one downside was the lack of air conditioning. Given the summer weather, it did get a bit hot at times, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. On to the dining experience – the food was good. The hotel offered a variety of dishes, and everything I tried was delicious. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, with a wide selection of options to choose from. As for the amenities, while the hotel had some great features, it was evident that they were still in the process of building certain facilities. For example, the kids' play area was still under construction, and some other amenities were not yet available. This was a bit disappointing, especially if you're traveling with children or were looking forward to utilizing those facilities. Despite these minor drawbacks, I had a good experience overall. The friendly staff, comfortable room, and tasty food helped make my stay enjoyable. With a few improvements, particularly in terms of completing the amenities, I believe this hotel has the potential to offer an even better experience in the future.

We stayed 3 nights here from 20/8/24 in Executive non AC room.... Pros.. 1. Hotel is very clean and newly constructed 2. Staff was very polite and nice behaviour 3. Ambience is very good 4. Surroundings is good 5. Location is also good 6. Food Taste is also good cons... 1. There was no mini bar in rooms 2. There was no packaged drinking water in room, they serve RO water 3. There was No menu card in restaurant, they show us after printing and gave us print out 4. Rooms was very small and balcony is too small 5. we booked stay including dinner and breakfast but they not serve as buffet due to less occupancy so we had to ordered al Carte which was no adequate options for food ... .. so there was average stay .. we strongly recommend for stay is better at Misty mountain resort or munnar queen resort ....

Third Class Property Mention 5 Start But Guys Not Proper Service I have Booked Hotel For 2 Days But i am Very trouble in that period Reception person Afzal are very very rude very bad Attitude Morning 8:00 am i ask Tea Cup but they provide me Shower Mug which is using in Washroom after that i was visit reception then i ask them are you joking with clients they literally laughing and he said Talk to my GM means that that property not need business I would like to say everyone kindly check this property before booked actually This is Not 5 Star Property they mentioned in app But totally Different. And all Reception staff are very casual they don't have knowledge how to treat guest Mr. Jolly is Help full person only.

Terrible stay ever. Ever since we checked into the Hotel surprises. We came to understand the amenities meant for the guests like Gymnasium or the Play Room are restricted upto 7 PM that is unheard of anywhere. Places like Munnar, the tourists return to the Hotel in the evening evening and needs evening and needs the amenities in the evening only. Moreover one cannot even get to the first floor where private parties blare music at the fullest throttle. I started thinking why should I have paid Rs. 31000/- for three days as all you can do after returning to the Hotel is just sit in the room. Absolute Zero Value for Money and my worst ever stay
