Hotel Green Valley

First of all if you are searching for 4 star property then do not select this hotel at all. The room is full of bugs and insects, there is no clealiness. Being a new property its not even maintained still wondering how does it get a 4 star rating. Service time can range anywhere between 15-30 mins depending upon the number of reminder calls. Toiletries dont even bother to use them except washing your hands. By the way there is an option of standard room, but dont get fooled (like me) its not part of this property and is part of another compound in adjoining building but its worst than you can expect, keep smelly rooms aside, dont get shock to see cigarette ****s all around the room. Washroom can be as pathetic as you can imagine. But i must mention the man at the door and the one managing the restaurant has actually maintained 4 star rating and only reason why one might have some satisfaction from this property.

overall stay was ok the staff was not good especially the receptionist in the night shift... he. denied us early check-in at 6 am inspite of empty rooms..he didn't even gave us more than one blanket to wait ... restaurant menu was very limited... same food in breakfast everyday... the other staff like helper, cleaner, other receptionist were good and helpful my experience as a family is also average... this place is far from katra market and not also much near the railway station... the only reason to book this was price and the deluxe room which we get in cheap price are in other building which is not having all facilities like wifi, restaurant and view from rooms.

We took a mountain view room but there were no mountain visible from there. Food is fine, they have a restaurant on the ground floor. Room was good but AC remote control was not working and some earthworms were there in the bathroom.
