Hilltop Mount Abu

Horrible experience, except the front view of this location, everything is bad. I have booked a deluxe ac room, but there was nothing like a deluxe. basic room provided!! The cleaning was not proper, bad shits and pillows were so dirty and not in using condition. The staff was not co-operative. they don't follow the customer's request properly. I request to the public that please don't order food from this hotel, low level quality of food being served with such a higher rate. Not recommended at all 👿

actual it is very old property... door sink were old n broken in room 104.. snaks cold drinking were not available.. tea cups were broken.. mosquitoes n flys in the room.. room smells bad... in double bed mattress wer in 2 parts.. dustbin wer open with out cap... it was very bad property to stay..

No warm water in morning. No one at the reception at morning whom we can ask for warm water. The smell of people smoking cigarettes in the next room came to our room. Faces many time elecricity lost during 1 night stay. As per rate service is not good.

Experiance was good but we expect hot water all time but unfortunately we got it in fix timings like morning 7 to 11, so that was the only problem which we faced. Other things are absolutely fine stay was good staff is excellent and helpful
