Hotel is terrible.... they are located at the main market but very less information was given in the address so need to struggle a lot to find the hotel.. ONE MAJOR DISSATISFACTION FACTOR IS WE WENT CHECKED IN AT 3 PM AND LEFT FOR MATA'S DARSHAN AT 7 IN THE EVENING.... WE CAME BACK AT 1 NOON NEXT DAY AND THE MANAGER CHARGED 500₹ FOR LATE CHECK OUT WHILE WE BOOKED THE HOTEL ORIGINALLY FOR ***₹. WE PAID DOUBLE MONEY FOR 1 HOUR.... this was pathetic... we would not recommend anyone for this hotel......

Not recommended to book this hotel... as you have to adjust whatever they offer you. I booked two fourbedroom but was provided one three bedded room. Service is terrible..this is more like a guest house....

Hotel is located very close to each destination.Well maintained rooms.Very supporting staff.It is the best hotel to stay comfortably in Katra.I recommend all the travellers to stay here.

Its a new hotel. So everything is in new condition we did book a triple room with breakfast. Experience overall was good enough. Staff is also well behaved. Recommended for stay.

But one problem was there, you have book the hotel rooms online pre-paid, at time of check out they wants to recover money once again for your accommodation.
