Thanks goibibo team for giving nice discount for such a amazing hotel..... jai hotel is supurb hotel supurb room with all aminities very clean room clean bathroom with gyzer room is very spacious well decorated staffs are very poliete speciolly securty gards are very supportive....... byke parking is available in front off hotel guards are carring our bykes. in night they parked our byke in secure place for safety reason that is really ossam all securty gards and staffs are good person dil se thanks.......... I loved this hotel walking distance from mall road 10 min..hotel is in main road easily located nice exprience thank you jai hotel management and goibibo team for giving nice exprience in Darjeeling......

Good staying over there except a few glitches. I hope the authority will certainly fix them sooner or later. e.g. 1. Sometimes Geyser not working. 2. 1/2 lights are flickering. 3. TVs are not always subscribed so one has to contact to the reception if required. 4. most importantly, during cold one gotta rent the heaters, the rooms aren't centrally heated. ++ Rooms are big yet cold. nulltheless, I liked my short stay at the hotel. Rooms are spacious and all amenities are there. Breakfast is good and Restaurant staffs are quite polite and courteous. Two ladies over reception counter are caring and prompt.

The hotel is near to Mall road, just walking distance. The room is spacious and clean. The only drawback of this hotel is they don't have any balcony or terrace to relax in the cool weather of Darjeeling. Moreover, there is fixed timings for hot water which I feel shouldn't be for places like these where children might face problems. Overall the stay was comfy and pleasant. The hotel staff is very friendly.

Very good hotel on the roadside but there is lack of parking area, hardly one car can be parked infront of the hotel. Everything else is fine. We have booked two deluxe rooms (302/303); no such views are there. But rooms are spacious enough with wooden floor.

The property is at very nice location and just close to Rink mall Darjeeling and Nice clean and maintained property as well as one of big properties in the town. Close to mall 4-5 mins walk. Property has lift and good to stay here.

Great facilities Though in the hub of the city..Places of interest are walkable distance. The cafe is awesome and so is the view from the lobby. The food was another talking point of the stay . This was a super comfy stay
