Beyond 5 stars ! Stayed at this wonderful hotel for 4 nights. They have the most wonderful staff, extremely kind and helpful with every wish. This is indeed a place you do not want to leave, and when you do it is with one hope – to come back. Food was awesome. Room was very nice & clean & cosy. Clean Bathroom with hot water. View from the hotel room was amazing. General Manager Ms. Indu is a Super Woman. She is managing the Jain group hotels so well by putting extraordinary efforts. Very clean & cosy room safe place

Our experience with this hotel is really amazing. Have not found any short fall. We have checked out from the hotel at 6.30am as we had to catch our flight. Hotel team spoke to us regarding our check out time previous day and they gave us the packed breakfast without we asking for. Many more good things to write such as food quality, room service, room is spacious etc. Team, Maintain the same standard and service level. We would like to visit again.

Room was good .Staff was also good. Nice view of Kanchenjunga.The thing I like the most about the hotel was in each room and in each bed there is a bed heater that prevents you from cold and get you nice sleep.I and my husband like travelling and we have never seen this type of bed heater in any hotel till now even in Lachen and Lachung (extremely cold place in December) . Pelling is very nice place .,,😊

very good ambience. excellent front desk personal. Rachna was very cooperative and always eager to help. As vegetarian we have food issue. this being Jain hotel it is completely veg and food quality excellent. Will definitely choose again for my next visit. They arranged a suv on 11th hour for my difficult business trip. value for money hotel

Hotel is very good and room is also spacious. Hotel staff is very helpful. Breakfast is awesome ❤️ But for dinner,only veg was available that is very sad for us . Otherwise, Everything was fine
