Even five stars is less for this property.Very cozy clean rooms with breathtaking views of kanchanjungha would blow your mind. Guests are the top priority for them and they proved it from every aspect. Each room has a jug, glasses, electric kettle, tea bag, milk powder pouch, coffee spoon and many more. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, if you need any help just give a call they will be on your door in a minute. The washroom is also hygienic and travel kits are also available. One thing is missing here that is this property is pure vegetarian however veg items are mouth watering. Location and altitude wise the price they are charging is absolutely reasonable. MG Marg is just 5 minutes walking distance. P.S - Don't forget to book room no 204.

Excellent stay at Jain Group Hotel Royal Residency, Kaji Road @ Royal Suite-2.Best amenities with unimaginable services.Just a few steps above MG Marg Pantaloons Retail Outlet.Mouthwatering Veg foods available.Very decent,courteous,polite and humble behaviour of hotel staffs.Quite helpful people 24x7.Spacious clean and large bedrooms and washroom available. Royalsuite-2 was more than 400 sqft and a 70 sqft washroom with robust bathroom fittings.Can accomodate more than 5 ppl in Royal Suite 2.Would highly recommend this hotel for Families and group Tourists.

Hotel was very good, it was on Kazi road but they have stairs from hotel that connect directly to MG road, food was very tasty, service was good and special thanks to Mr. Prakash hotel manager he was very sweet and humble and also he arrange cab for us for sikkim trip at very reasonable rates . Sikkim is the best place very beautiful natural beauty, people here are very honest, we enjoyed a lot. Best location and best hotel for family stay.

Great view, big size and clean rooms. Very well mannered staff. Manager Prakash and the staff guy banty are very prompt whenever we need something. I stayed for almost a week. value for money hotel.very close to mg marg. The restaurant serves veg only food, it's really good ,fresh and fairly priced. mostly we were doing dinner and breakfast here.

The hotel was wonderful. It was very near to MG marg. The view of Kanchenjunga was awesome. The food was also delicious. Particularly ,service provided by staff was really apperciable. They were available all time. Manager Mr. Prakash was soo helpful. Definetly recommend this stay,if you're visiting Gangtok.

Over all stay was amazing, they only serve vegetarian food however you can bring non veg parcel form outside, view from kitchen was amazing. Much recommended hotel and its also budget friendly. We book a royal suite room where all our group of friends used go relax together.

I stayed here for almost 10days in monsoon, cozy rooms, amazing helpful staff, and great food! You can Take Few stairs down to mg marg and also best for staycation beautiful scenic view from room. Room service and cleanliness was good ! I would surely recommend.
