We booked this hotel after a itenanary change of our vacation and when less options were available. Went ahead with these hotel after reading a few reviews. This hotel might not have all the amenities that are provided these days but their service is right up there. The manager Santanu will make you feel at home and treat you like a friend. The only thing it badly needs is a WiFi service as cellular data is intermittent at Gangtok. Please look for the deluxe rooms with a mountain view.

Kaarlo is a hotel 2.5km away from mg marg but connectivity is awesome. The hotel is steps away from siliguri taxi stand and that's NYC because siliguri cabs are not allowed beyond this point. So hotel became a blessing in disguise. Shantanu the hotel manger was very good and helpful arranging all my travels at a very reasonable rate.. Hotel staffs wer grt.. I loved the stay from 5th to 10th Oct.

just nearby siliguri taxi stand.... rooms are good... but i suggest 'super deluxe room' for pleasant stay... food is nice... hotel personnel is good.. Shantanu Da is very helpful regarding sight seeing, marketing and all!!! over all u can stay at this hotel if u r not hungry for scenic beauty from your hotel room!!! Hotel manager Mr. Shantanu was very polite and such a gentle person. Took really good care of us. Hotel room service boy was also very kind. Room was spacious, Clean and ambience was better. I felt rent was little costlier but I booked room in last minute so I don't regret that. Few kms away from MG Marg , so need pay ******** every time to reach market.

The hotel is just 1 min walk from Siliguri taxi stand. But taxi is required to reach the market, MG marg or any higher areas of the city (though shared taxi is available for Rs.10, 20, 25).

Worst hotel i have ever stayed, poor service and behaviour of staff is poorest. No cleanliness in hotel lobby ans in rooms. Bedding is also dirty as well as poorest mattress...
