Hotel is good..bt the services is pathetic. I reached there by 1pm and got my room by 2:30 pm. They served us a glass of water after half an hour that too after chasing for 5-6 times. No towel, n toiletries were there in the washroom. Overall i had a disappointing experience staying over there.

Reception staff was very unprofessional. In spite of paying money**....he put again the accommodation charges in the bill. it was only after long argument and showing and convincing him...he removed the extra amount in my bill
