What a Pathetic Hotel!It ruined our stay at Mount Abu...We had booked 4 rooms whose bathrooms were smelling like hell...and one of the room was stinking so bad that no one slept there. The hotel staff was so rude and they didn't know how to treat their customer and talk to them.First they refuse for everything and if in case they agree to provide, they always have a patent charge of rps 500/1000 for anything additional. I will recommend if you want to upset your dreamy stay in Mount Abu then do book this otherwise don't ever think of booking this hotel.Terrible Stay 😔

a day before in the evening they cancelled they changed my room to different hotel citing non functioning of AC.. asked to shift or cancel the booking
